CRYSTAL innovation competition targets participations from three levels of participants with three separate events; Event D, Event E and Event F.
- Event D is mainly for primary school students to present their innovation products.
- Event E is targeting secondary school students.
- Event F encourages individual or group participation to present innovation product for community development.

All participants (Individual or Group) for Satellite Event D, E, and F will be given ONLY ONE (1) certificate of participation.
An additional request for certificate will be charged MYR10.00*.
Each group/project/product of winners will be awarded ONLY ONE (1) certificate. An additional certificate will each cost MYR10.00 eupon request*

- ONLY ONE (1) medal will be awarded to each Group / Project / Product of winners.

- Medals can only be purchased by the winners.
* Request can be made to the Secretariat of i-IDeA 2025 after the results had been announced.

RULES & REGULATIONS

Payment fee is not negotiable.

Once the registration has been accepted, the participant is obliged to pay the total amount of fee.

The participant who CANCELS the participation after the last registration date must pay the whole amount of the invoiced fee.

The following exhibits are, however, not accepted for this competition:

An invention which is a duplication of others.
-
An invention which may provoke public’s sensitivity or may contain values that are in contrary to moral and public health and welfare.
-
An invention which may be a subject matter of any Intellectual Property (IP) disputes or contentions.

Participant (team leader or any members) must complete a separate entry form for each invention which they wish to exhibit. Only one invention is allowed for each form.
-
Participant are responsible to obtain Intellectual Property (IP) protection for their products or materials that were shown in the video.
-
The entry form (together with abstract) should be submitted to i-IDeA 2025 organizers by 2025. (any extension of registration date will be updated in this website)
-
Once the entry form has been accepted and the registration is confirmed by the committee, the participant is obliged to pay the total amount of fees within the allocated timeframe. Please refer to i-IDeA2025 website for further details on payment method.

Participant who withdraw their participations after the last registration date must pay the whole amount of their invoiced fees.

All details or files submitted in the entry form (including abstract) are accepted as they are. The i-IDeA2025 organizers will not be responsible for any errors in the translation or wording of descriptions published in the programme book or in the e-proceedings (if any).

The participants should further agree to release and acquit the organizers for all actions, causes of actions, claims or damages of whatever kind, including the negligence of the organizers arising out of participation in this program.

The decisions of the panel of judges for the competition are final. The panel of judges or the members or the organizers are not liable in respect of any matters which arise from or connected to the results or conduct in organizing the competition.
THE DECISION OF THE JUDGES ARE FINAL AND NO DISPUTES OR APPEALS WILL BE ENTERTAINED
